CYO Diocese/Parent Organization
The first level of CYO Network structure is the Diocese/Parent Organization.
This is the oversight, support, and coordination level for local CYOs.
Diocese/Parent Organizations can get/use their own public websites, where they control content and design. They can set up their own local CYOs.
In addition, they get a secure, password-protected web application to help them administer and report on their CYO programs.
CYO County/Division Programs
Large organizations, like the Archdiocese of New York for example, can help run hundreds of local CYOs. It sometimes benefits them to break the overall local structure up into counties or other divisions (hence... County/Division).
The County/Divisions can help operate youth ministries. They support the Diocese/Parent Organization sports and other programs. County Directors, for example, can schedule the intra county CYO sport games and practice sessions, using our great, time-saving scheduling programs. |
